Name: Grizzly Age: 3 years Breed: Australian Shepherd mix, 45 pounds Sex: Male (neutered) Location: Jackson County, Kentucky Grizzly needs more attention, exercise and training than family is able to provide. Vet Info: Grizzly is neutered but not microchipped. He is current with his vaccinations but does not have a current heartworm test. He is completely blind from a fungal infection. He is healthy otherwise. Dog Info: Grizzly is an outdoor dog with a fenced in yard. He is not housebroken or leash-trained. He has not had any formal obedience training. He has become more timid when first meeting new people but will warm up once you speak to him. He does well with men, women and children of all ages. Owner is unsure of how he would be around other dogs because he has not had any exposure to them. He is not possessive of treats, toys or food. If he gets scared he can growl but he has never bitten or snapped at any people or animals. **Owner Surrender Disclaimer: These are blind and visually impaired dogs who are living in homes, but their owners can no longer keep them.
