Starr Needs a Foster or Adopter by Saturday 1/10/26 to Secure Her Ride to Wisconsin Starr is currently in a kill shelter in Arkansas and must have a foster or adopter to secure her spot on the transport truck to Cedarburg, WI with Mutt Life Dog Rescue on Saturday, 1/10/26. Without a home commitment, she won't be able to make the trip. Meet Starr Starr is part of the Packer Litter of 5 who is looking for a second chance at life. She is a brown lab mix who has spent most of her young life waiting for someone to notice her. She came into the shelter at around 5 weeks old and is now approximately 7 months old, weighing about 35-40 lbs. Starr is sweet, friendly, and loving, with a gentle personality that shines despite her difficult start. She is dog friendly and kid friendly. While she has not been cat tested, her young age suggests she would likely adjust well with proper introductions. Starr has never lived in a home and will need help learning potty training, crate training, and leash walking. She is still very much a puppy and is eager to learn, eager to please, and ready to thrive with guidance and patience.
