Lombardi Has Arrived in Wisconsin and Is Settling In Lombardi came to Mutt Life Dog Rescue from a high-risk shelter in Arkansas, where he spent nearly his entire young life after arriving at just around five weeks old. As part of the Packer Litter of five, Lombardi waited months for a chance to leave the shelter behind. He has now safely arrived in Wisconsin and is settling nicely into his foster home. Meet Lombardi Lombardi is a white Lab mix who is approximately seven months old and weighs around 35-40 pounds. He is sweet, friendly, and affectionate, and he enjoys attention from his people. Lombardi is good with other dogs and does well with kids. While he has not been cat tested, he is still young and would likely do well with cats given proper introductions. Because Lombardi grew up in a shelter environment, he is just beginning to learn the basics of home life. He will need continued help with potty training, crate training, and leash manners. Lombardi is eager to learn and will thrive in a home that can offer patience, consistency, structure, and love.
