About Duke

Please help me find Duke a new home! My sister dumped me with a Duke about a year ago, and I've tried my hardest to give him the life he needs, including putting him through one round of training (I understand more may be required). I got him set up with the vet and am getting him anxiety meds. ��%BD��%BD%BCI already had three dogs when she asked me to look after him while she got things sorted out for her and her daughter, but at this point, she's not coming back for Duke. Duke is such an amazing, loving, sweet dog, but at the same time has severe anxiety that can turn into aggression��%BD��%BD%BC. He is friendly with people, but he needs to be introduced; a random person can't just come up and pet him. He needs to be around them for a couple of minutes and smell them, then he is okay with them. He's been friendly with my three dogs; however, it's different with dogs outside our home, and recently, my oldest dog has become ill, and Duke has started attacking him pretty frequently ��%BD��%BD%BC I have done my best to make it work for Duke, but I'm at a crossroads about what to do especially since he is attacking my sick dog. I want nothing but the best for Duke and I'm hoping that I can find him an amazing forever home
