About Lula

Hi! I am looking for a home for this beauty, Lula. She is a 1 year old American Staffordshire Bull Terrier. There is a re-homing fee. She is very smart, loving, and playful. She loves to cuddle.�����%8F She is crate trained. She is active and will also need an active family (running, hikes, lots of space to play). She is up to date on all of her shots. She CANNOT go to a home with small kids (she is NOT patient enough, nor have the proper temperment to be around toddlers). It was recommended by a B.E. that we rehome her to a family with no toddlers given the extensive training and separation that will be needed. I am recommending she goes to a home with kids aged 8 and up only. She gets along very well with other dogs- she recently has been going to a local doggy daycare and dog parks here in Maricopa, and does great. For anyone of interest, a meet and greet is required first with a home visit. Please message me if you are interested and would like more background. For more background- I brought Lula into my home about a month ago after a family friend needed to place her somewhere. I took her in of hopes of being able to keep her, but unfortunately, she does not get along with my 2 year old- she seems to have to 'pack mentality' issues with the toddler for some reason we cannot explain (I assume jealousy or dominance issues?). But she does excellent with our 7 and 11 year old, and other older kids who frequent our home- never an issue. She LOVES to snuggle on the couch and watch TV with us. She loves hikes. She loves long walks and just burning energy any way she can. I am very protective and picky about where she will go because she is a great dog who deserves an amazing home�%9D%A4��%8F Thanks!!
