About Hendrix

Hendrix is a very loving and caring boy. He's got quite the personality, loves swimming, running, going on hikes, and honestly love doing anything as long as it's with you. Unfortunately we have to rehome Hendrix due to his aggression. He was attacked by a large dog when he was young and since then his aggression towards some people and some bigger dogs have been a problem. He does have a bite history, he's bitten once, other than that he 'nips' on the occasion which naturally comes with owning an aussie. He is on an inexpensive medication to calm his nerves, and normally needs to be sedated to get his nails trimmed but as of recently he has overcome his fear of nail trims! (still suggest getting a vet to do them though) He has two kitty brothers who he loves and adores, not sure if he's good with kids but fine with teens, and it really depends on dogs. I have had him since he was 12 weeks old, got him from a breeder in southern kentucky, and have had him for 5 years now. Hoping to find someone who needs a loyal, intelligent dog by their side.
