About Huckleberry

We are looking for a great home for our bernedoodle. We got him in August after falling in love with a picture of him our breeder sent out seeking a home for him. He is a VERY sweet dog. Unfortunately, he is a little love deficient and extremely jealous of our other dog. We have noticed his behavior is much better when he is solo or with a female dog but the two male dogs has been toxic. Up to date on vaccinations and already riding with a prescription for trazedone :) He is not super hypoallergenic, but does not shed as much as a regular Berner and does not require the grooming other doodles do. I'm not going to lie, he has problem behaviors, but in a home where he is the only dog, he would be better. That being said this is what we are seeking from him in a home: -he is the only male dog/only dog. He will chase cats but he's fine with them. -there are no young children (he's VERY bouncy and large so a little much for our young kids) -he can be walked or run at least once a day (he does better with two walks) We are not trying to sell him- just want to know he is in a good situation
