Logan is a handsome, friendly 8-year-old Husky (born 2017) looking for an active, experienced home. He is neutered, microchipped, healthy, and up to date on all vaccinations through August 2025. Logan was rescued years ago from the Bridgeport shelter after being hit by a car and has since made a full recovery. Logan loves people and enjoys being part of the family. He is good with children but is a large, strong dog and may accidentally knock over toddlers. He currently lives peacefully with small dogs and a cat. Due to a past attack, he does not do well with pit bulls and is not suited for dog parks. He is house-trained, crate-trained, and knows basic commands (sit, no, up/go inside). Logan alerts when he needs to go outside, rarely barks unless something is wrong, and will howl at sirens like a true Husky. He pulls on leash and would benefit from regular exercise and structure. Logan would do best with an active adopter who has a fenced yard and experience with large, high-energy breeds. His rehoming is due to his owner being elderly and no longer able to safely manage a strong dog. This decision is being made in Logan's best interest so he can thrive in a home that meets his needs.
