About Riff

Riff was part of a cat colony being cared for by a kind woman. A couple of years ago, she realized that her efforts were getting out of control. It took us almost a year to be able to fix all of the cats that she was feeding in her yard. A few cats had turned into quite a lot of cats! When we went over there, we figured that we would be fixing and returning most of them. However, almost all of them have been friendly.
