About Rosco

I'm a 1.5-year-old rescue pup looking for a forever home. I was found in March, cold and hungry, begging for help outside a store. I was underweighted, sick with heartworms and intestinal worms, but I'm all better now! I'm up to date on my vaccinations and feeling great. I'm a gentle, loving boy who gets along well with other dogs. I spent three months training as a potential service dog for a veteran, and while I formed a strong bond with her, I realized I'm not too comfortable around toddlers or kids who are loud and jumpy but older kids are great! I'm still a young dog with a lot of love to give. I'll be the perfect addition to a calm, loving home where I can settle down and be your loyal companion. I promise to make you smile every day with my sweet nature and affectionate personality. What I really want is a family who will love me for who I am--a sweet, affectionate companion.
