Lovely Lady is a sweet 9 year old girl looking for love and a forever home. Lady is around 17 pounds, and is working on her waistline with the help of her foster mom in Ohio. Lady is crate trained, and she is working on her house training. Like all dachshunds she requires a regular schedule. All rescue dogs go through a period of adjustment so understanding and patience is important. Lady is a calm, laid back submissive girl who loves to go for walks and play with her toys. She loves to cuddle and snuggle and give kisses. Lady is good with children and other dogs, but has not been tested with cats. She would love a home where she could have someone home with her most of the time, and where she would be able to sleep in the big bed every night.
