Lou is an angel of a girl that my family rescued about 6 months ago. She had a rough go of things in her infancy, she was locked in a crate a lot of the time by her previous owner. After working with her for a year, I have come to the decision that she is not right for our family. We are on the go people, and because of her slow start she has no desire to be out of the house/ around other people and that poses issues with the amount of time she's kept in her cage. She is potty trained, she knows how to sit and is crate trainer. She is super weary upon meeting new people. And it will take someone special to get to know her. When we picked her up from her previous family, it took us forty five minutes and a whole bag of treats to get her to come to us. She also needs to be the only dog in the household. She pulls on the leash. But overall is a sweet girl. With a young family, the level of anxiety that she's experiencing is something that I just can't handle
