Toby Needs a Foster or Adopter by Saturday 1/10/26 to Secure His Ride to Wisconsin Toby is currently at the Arkansas kill shelter and must have a FOSTER or ADOPTER to secure his spot on the transport truck to Cedarburg, WI with Mutt Life Dog Rescue. Without a home commitment, Toby won't be able to make the trip north. Meet Toby Toby is a young brindle Terrier mix who has spent far too long waiting for his chance. After several months in an Arkansas kill shelter, his time is running out-but despite everything, Toby remains incredibly sweet and hopeful. Toby is friendly with both people and other dogs and absolutely lights up when he gets to leave his kennel for some much-needed love and attention. He soaks up affection and clearly enjoys being around people. When he first arrived at the shelter, Toby was painfully thin, weighing only 35 pounds. He's now around 50 pounds and looking healthier and stronger every day. Because Toby is still in the shelter environment, his potty training and crate training are unknown, and he's continuing to work on leash manners. What is clear is that Toby is a happy, social, and resilient young dog who will thrive once he's given the chance to live in a home instead of a kennel.
