oby Has Arrived in Wisconsin and Is Settling In Toby has arrived safely in Wisconsin and is no longer in the Arkansas shelter. He is beginning the next chapter of his life while he waits for his forever home. Meet Toby Toby is a young brindle Terrier mix who spent far too long waiting for his chance. Despite his rough start, Toby remains incredibly sweet, social, and hopeful. Toby is friendly with both people and other dogs and absolutely lights up when he gets attention. He soaks up affection and clearly enjoys being around people. When he first arrived at the shelter, Toby was painfully thin at just 35 pounds. He has since gained weight and is now around 50 pounds, looking healthier and stronger. As Toby continues adjusting to life outside of the shelter, he will benefit from continued guidance with house training, crate training, and leash manners. What is already clear is that Toby is a happy, resilient young dog who is ready to thrive in a home environment.
