A true rescue~her eye? She is mostly blind. New or long suffering? Cindy is about 5 & 37 lbs~beagle w/touch of hound! Was someone's baby. An unwanted hunting dog now? Not the life she deserves. A whole new life as she welcomes 2926! My heart, so happy as I drove to shelter!
