About Josie and Melody

Adopt Josie and Melody 2 senior bonded female shelties 9-10 yrs old Josie 25lb and Melody 18lbs Fence required Will NOT separate. Our names are Josie (25 lbs) and Melody (19 lbs), and we're a bonded pair of senior Sheltie ladies, 9 -10 years young. We've been together a long time, and our biggest wish is simple: a forever home where we can stay together. We're not the fast-moving, zoomie kind anymore-we prefer a quiet, cozy life with soft beds, gentle routines, and people who enjoy peaceful companionship. That said, we don't like being alone. We're happiest when we have each other and a loving human nearby. We get along beautifully with other dog-friendly dogs, though we haven't had a chance to meet cats yet. Walks are still a work in progress-Josie is learning the leash thing, and Melody is cheering her on-but we'd really love a fenced yard where we can safely sniff, explore, and enjoy the fresh air at our own pace. Crates aren't really our style, but we're quite happy in a pen-as long as we're together. After all, together is how we do everything. Santa, we're also proud to say we're showing good signs of being house-trained (senior girls still have their dignity!), and we promise to bring nothing but calm, affection, and quiet joy into a home. So if you know of a kind heart with room for two gentle souls, maybe you could sprinkle a little Christmas magic our way. We don't need much-just love, patience, and a warm place to land.
