Despite the chaotic shelter process, she shows no obvious signs of trauma or neglect. Scarlett is a total lovebug, with a gentle temperament and sweet personality.�%A0 Scarlett would be a great choice for a savvy Scent Hound adopter, willing to continue training and socialization. She could easily join a multi-dog or cat home with older, playful animals tolerant of puppy energy.
