About Cash

Cash's story is a heartbreaking one. He was dumped at a boarding facility in Phoenix, and sadly, his owner never returned for him. For over six long months, this sweet boy has been waiting, day after day, for someone to give him the love and home he deserves. At just a year old, Cash is a young pup full of potential and longing for a real family. He walks well on a leash, takes treats gently, and knows how to sit. Though he can be a little shy and timid when meeting new people, with patience and kindness, he quickly warms up and reveals his sweet, loving personality. Cash should be spending his days running, playing with toys, and receiving all the affection a young dog needs-not living in a kennel surrounded by cement walls. Cash's behavior around other dogs is unknown, though he has not been reactive to them. We are unsure how he is with cats or younger children, so older kids may be best. A proper dog introduction will be required to ensure he gets along with other pets. Cash is ready to leave his kennel behind and find a loving home and family to call his own.
