#SneakPreview #NeedsRescue Little Old Lady just got the sad news that her 2026 is going to be short lived as a result of coming to the shelter with no owner willing to claim her :( Lucy is a 10-12 year old German Shepherd Shar Pei (or Husky?) mix that arrived to the shelter as a stray on 12/10/25 very underweight with mammary masses, flea allergy dermatitis, entropion, conjunctivitis, and arthritis. Although Lucy was very resistant to being restraint by the shelters medical team on her initial exam, she was likely in a lot of pain in discomfort given the extent of her medical concerns as she has presented herself very calm, receptive, and attention seeking now that she is currently on basic treatments for her ailments. Sadly, due to the extent of Lucy's medical concerns she needs rescue by end of day Friday January 2nd 2026 before seeing 2027 becomes a #PipeDream!
