About Rascal

Well hello there-I'm Rascal. I'm a nine-year-old blue-coated gentleman with a big personality and, yes, a little extra fluff to love. I prefer to think of it as well-earned comfort weight. I've spent years perfecting the art of lounging, snacking thoughtfully, and supervising the household from the most strategic spots. I came to the shelter through no fault of my own-my person passed away, and my world changed very suddenly. I didn't understand at first, but I've been doing my best to be brave and hopeful. Growing up with my brothers, Felix and Joseph, I know what it means to belong to a family. I may take a little time to settle in, but once I do, I'm a loyal companion who enjoys calm moments, soft voices, and warm places to nap. I'm not looking to replace what was lost-just to start again. If you have room in your heart and home for a sweet boy who's ready to love again, I promise I'll be grateful every day.
