About Petunia

Petunia is fully vetted and we have her as 2 years old and 42 pds, so she is fully grown and at her adult weight. Petunia would be a great family doggie. She is an American Staffie and a low-rider and utterly adorable. She has had a litter already. She is in a foster home so you can speak to her Foster Mommy and ask for her video. She lives with multiple dogs and loves the little, long haired dachshund the most. But plays with everyone. Petunia is well-behaved in the house and would be a great apt dog. She loves wandering the fenced in yard currently. She sleeps on my bed every night. She is excellent in the car. And fine on the leash. Her real focus are people as she ADORES ATTENTION From her People! Foster to Adopt offered Some updates on Petunia Pig as we get to know her. Petunia loves playing tug of war. After a few minutes of play, she just wants to cuddle and relax. She's very affectionate and loves to lay in your lap. She's improving every day on leash training. She is so sweet and ridiculously cute, and ready to be someone's little couch potato Petunia is a sweet wiggly little low rider bully mix. Dog friendly, happy and goofy. She met some kittens at the shelter, and was curious, but had no prey drive. She also saw the chickens in the yard and ran at them playfully, but stopped when we told her to. Shes good in the crate, house trained and very treat motivated and takes treats gently. She loves people and does a cute little sidestep dance when you come to see her. Also, she makes a cute little grunty noise when shes extra happy, and getting love. She's be great with kids as she is not jumpy or mouthy. She's wiggly. She climbs into laps very gently. Petunia is amazing in the car, just lays down to sleep. She's so agreeable and a sweet little piggydog. Remember temperament and disposition are key and are the most important factors in choosing a pup. Plus, the fact that she's in a Foster Home with multiple dogs and you can speak to the Foster Mommy, so she's a known entity.
