Dak has still not gotten on anyone's #NiceList and looking for help soon! Dak is a 3 year old male #SiberianHusky that was picked up by Animal Control Officers on 12/17/25 following information of a dog and cat that were abandoned within a hotel room after a guest checked out. When officers arrived they were informed that Dak and a cat were left inside a hotel room for several days, Dak was found with a very large open on his back that appears to have been from a rupture or ulcerated mass. The shelters medical team is concerned they are not able to close the wound due to the amount damage and margins.
