About Panda

Meet Panda a Bird Dog/Heeler mix, I rescued from being euthanized. He is in need of a better home that can give him room to run, and more time outside. He is around 10 months old, has his rabies shot and kennel cough shot. He IS altered. He is potty trained BUT still gets the excited piddles sometimes. He (as you can see) does still get on furniture, but we have allowed him on the couch. He does get the zoomies and will fling couch pillows all over the living room. He is SUPER sweet but SUPER Hyper! Originally there were two of us in the home to give him the attention he needed, however, due to my pending divorce.. I am the only one that can care for him. I work all day.. so he is crated most of the day, which I HATE doing. I do not have a fenced-in yard, or I would let him run around back there while I'm working. He gets along with other dogs but does try to de-fluff my cat. lol We are still working on leash training, as I take him on walks every afternoon. He pulls, literally the entire time. I am sure if I had a different leash, he would be better. He knows 'Sit', 'Lay down', and we are working on 'shake', but mainly for treats, lol. He is crate trained and sleeps in the crate overnight. I really do truly LOVE him, but I feel like I am doing him a disservice for him to just be in a crate all day. He has the sweetest heart, and I absolutely love his snuggles when he finally calms down. Located in Mangum, Oklahoma. Depending on the distance, I am willing to travel. He will come with his crate, which is what he is currently perched on right now. Asking a $50 rehoming fee.
