Please prepare to provide the following information to the staff about you, your family, the city in which you live, other pets, your fenced yard, and whatever else will help identify your family as a good match. You are encouraged to call the shelter for updated information and availability, and to answer your specific questions. Dave's Story Meet Dave! This pint-sized cutie is a boy who is about 8 years old and weighs 18lbs. Dave is a sweet boy who does really well living with other dogs. In a foster home, he quickly bonded with his foster sister and follows her lead. Dave is very timid and came from a home with poor conditions and not a lot of one-on-one socialization. He did not have many normal things in life - potty training, leash training, and more. He is learning fast and is hoping for a fresh start! He is looking for someone who is understanding and can give him patience and love as he blossoms! We believe having other dogs in the home will be a key to that. I am fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventative. There is no fee to take me home! If you are interested, please call the shelter at (541) 474-5458. You can view more adoptable pets at www.jocoshelter.com/adoptions . Walk-ins are welcome, however we highly recommend calling first to check on availability and location (some animals may be offsite or unavailable). Appointments are recommended to reduce wait times, especially for dogs. Thank you!
