About Titan

Titan is a mixed breed. DNA test indicates mostly Presacanario Mastiff. We rescued him 16 months ago. He is approximately 20 months old. He was born with both hips displaced. We currently have him in group training with 20-35 dogs at a time. He has a 4 year old sister who is a South African Boerboel. Titan is quite dominate over people and his sister. He needs more exercise and attention than I can give. I am 65 years old and 4'11'. My husband is only home on the weekends. We have been feeding him raw food. To date, he has not shown any signs of pain from his hip displasia. He is full of energy and runs around and plays in our yard. He loves hugs and tries to sit in my lap. He is goofy too. We feel he is best suited for a young, active couple who will take him on outings. He is currently on 4 supplements and CBD daily. He walks well on a leash. The commands he responds well to are come, sit, stay, and place. He gets very excited at meal time and barks and generally will not stay on his place. He does fairly well with our adult cat. We love Titan dearly but feel we have failed his needs. I have some new health issues that do not allow me to keep up with his energy. We will be very picky with whom we choose to re-home him to. The tears are flowing as I write this post. We have to do what is best for him. HE WILL NEVER GO TO A SHELTER. We have never re-homed a pet, however have rescued 3 so far.
