Panini came into our rescue when she had a problem with a young child in her previous home. Panini is a loving, gentle girl with a soft heart and an eager-to-please spirit. She can be a bit anxious in new environments, but once she feels safe, her sweetness truly shines. She adores giving kisses, enjoys her walks, and is always happy to snuggle up-though she's also independent enough not to be a shadow or 'velcro' dog. Panini is polite and well-mannered in the home. She isn't destructive, rarely barks, and sleeps beautifully either in her crate or curled up on the bed. She can be a little protective of her crate or favorite cozy spots, but we haven't seen any aggression-just a girl who values her safe spaces. Panini gets along wonderfully with mild-mannered dogs and is comfortable around confident, dog-savvy cats. Due to her anxiety and need for a calm environment, Panini is not a good fit for homes with children. With her smartness and eagerness, Panini would absolutely thrive in a home that enjoys training and wants to help her continue building confidence.
