About Heath

Mr. Heath knows he is special looking, and has the fiercest attitude of them all. He walks as if he owns the cat room - and is always watching over his brother Edgar. We believe that Heath would like some pets -but doesn't want to let on that he does. Edgar is Heath's emotional support cat- and even though it is not a requirement that they leave together, we think it would be beneficial for all involved if they were. Heath looks on curiously as Edgar purrs while being petted - and we hope he will understand that enjoying human interaction does NOT mean he is not in charge. We really think that this duo will be the most rewarding. :) Hello there the adoption fee is $20.00 CASH OR CHECK it is low as we do not spay/neuter our animals or vaccinate as we do not have a vet on site. Upon adoption you would sign a legal contract stating that within sixty days you will get them sterilized and vaccinated per state requirement. Sometimes due to age or complications the 60 day window can be extended however only by a vets discretion. Your contract is not fulfilled and your adoption of the pet cannot be successfully closed until proof of sterilization and vaccination is provided to us from the adopter. You may come to the shelter any day of the week between 8 am and 4:30 pm, just please give us a call beforehand to let us know you are coming at 281 291 5644. Thank you!
