*PHOENIX METRO AREA ONLY* Meet Freddie, a 5-month-old, 7�%BD-pound bundle of puppy energy and charm! Freddie is a rough-and-tumble little guy with a soft heart. He and his littermates were a joyful surprise when their mom-already in rescue-turned out to be expecting. Now this sweet, spirited boy is ready to find his forever home. Freddie has taken on the role of protector to his tiny brother, the runt of the litter, showing that beneath his playful personality is a loyal and caring pup. Freddie is all boy, all puppy-high energy, playful, and always on the move. He loves to jump (a skill clearly inherited from his mom!) and is very food-motivated, which makes him an excellent candidate for training. He's currently working on potty training and leash skills, and he'll need a family committed to continuing his education, including basic obedience and proper socialization to help him grow into a well-rounded adult dog. Like most puppies, Freddie adores his toys-especially chew toys and tug ropes-and he has one non-negotiable requirement: a big, soft, fluffy bed for well-earned naps after playtime! He gets very excited at mealtime (sometimes barking his enthusiasm), eats with gusto, and loves earning treats on his snuffle mat. He's also a sweet kisser-his foster mom has even trained him to aim for your chin instead of your mouth, which is always a bonus! While Freddie has the classic puppy wiggles, he does settle down and truly enjoys being petted and brushed. He would do best in a home with another playful dog to show him the ropes and help burn off his puppy energy. A secure, fenced yard is required for safe zoomies and playtime.
