About Beau

(he's the dog wearing the antlers in the photo) You would have a hard time finding another dog as sweet as Beau, he is truly just a sweet, sweet boy with a precious heart! He was found in the middle of the road late at night with his mama and his sister. He was the cautious puppy, scared of his shadow and happy to let his sister soak in all of the attention while he stayed with his mama. The mama dog was adopted out first and Beau then became attached to his sister's hip, following her everywhere and copying everything she did (everything that she allowed him to do that is, she was definitely the dominant of the two). Now sister has been adopted and poor Beau is without another dog by his side for the first time in his life (my other fosters are too dog aggressive to keep him company). He does great at doggy daycare, he is potty trained, crate trained, leash trained, and he knows 'sit'. He's a little clumsy but it only adds to his charm. He's definitely come out of his shell a lot and is gaining confidence. He is current on shots and has been dewormed + he takes Simperica Trio to prevent heartworms, ticks, and fleas. He is well behaved and loves to cuddle. I have NO clue what breed he is, the mama dog he was found with was a pit, but many speculated that she wasn't truly the mom to Beau and his sister.
