About Cooper

Cooper is an almost 3-year-old, 65lbs, white Husky with beautiful blue eyes. This boy breaks the mold by being easygoing, not noisy, rarely howls, and is very calm. He is very loving, human oriented, seeks affection, and enjoys cuddles; icing on the cake? He's good with children, cats as well as dogs smaller than him (he lives with one now). Cooper is always excited to receive visitors in the house and might knock a few things around doing his love dance, so teaching him place, and other impulse control commands, will help curb his enthusiasm. He usually settles after the initial excitement. He loves his walks and can be very excited puller on leash. His new owner must commit to working with him on leash manners. He is not leash reactive and doesn't pay other dogs walking on the street any mind. Cooper has no known resource guarding concerns, is not bothered by storms or fireworks, he rides well in a car, and can be trusted left uncrated around the house. Naturally this kid is nuts about snow and cold weather :) And it's a no brainer to say, hot weather is not his thing. He enjoys watching TV especially shows that has animals or animal sounds.
