About Shadow

Shadow is a 9-year-old male Siberian Husky in need of urgent rescue, foster, or experienced adopter placement due to a sudden family relocation following a recent loss. Shadow is a sweet, people-friendly dog who has lived outdoors in a fenced lot most of his life. He is high energy, as expected for a Husky, and will need patience, structure, and an owner or foster familiar with working breeds. He has not had formal training but shows no aggression toward people. His original papers were lost over the years. He has not been regularly groomed and will clean up well with routine care. Vaccination and neuter status are currently unknown. Shadow would do best in a secure, stable environment with someone who understands Huskies and can give him exercise, consistency, and time to adjust. He is not for breeding. We are willing to cooperate fully with a rescue or foster and provide additional information as needed. Our priority is finding Shadow a safe, loving placement as soon as possible.
