Otter is a 4 year old beagle who we adopted from a shelter before he turned 1. (He had just been returned that day by his previous adopter.) He's a good dog but he loves to chew up everything and thinks everything is food. He would do well in a home that where nothing is left out like toys or clothes or food otherwise he will try to eat it. He gets along fine with other dogs, cats, and kids. He needs some training as he thinks he is the alpha and doesn't listen. We considered professional training for him but couldn't afford it. He's not much of a cuddler but does like having his fat belly rubbed. He isn't a bad dog at all, he just isn't the right fit for our family.
