Despite his age, he is very much still a puppy at heart-full of playful energy, curiosity, and affection. Snoopy is smart, treat-motivated, and eager to learn, making him easy to train. He knows some basic commands and walks on a leash pulls s little bit but corrects easily. Once his energy is burned off. Snoopy was rescued from a difficult situation in Forney, TX, where he was left to fend for himself and nearly euthanized. We believe he may have been used for breeding and never experienced the love of a real family or ever been allowed to be in a home. He is adjusting well to life in a home and gains confidence each day. Snoopy appears mostly house trained, though he may have an occasional accident as he continues to settle into a new routine and home life Snoopy is dog-friendly and enjoys the company of other dogs. We are unsure how he would do with cats, as he has not been cat-tested. Due to his playful energy, he would likely do best with older children, as he may accidentally knock over smaller ones. Snoopy is a loving, energetic boy ready to give his whole heart to the family who gives him a second chance. As an adoption fee-based rescue, we do not operate on monthly support. Our adoption fee of $350 covers transport, which is arranged post-adoption, and is tax-deductible as we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
