This precious dog named Margie was saved grill euthanasia at a rural shelter and is in a foster home,but is not safe there. The lady is not physically able to walk Margie so she is leaving her outside on a cable and Margie is breaking lose and running around the neighborhood. This is extremely dangerous and she needs to be kept safe. Margie is a hound mix, approx 2 years old and 55 lbs. She is current on vaccinations and will be spayed prior to adoption.
