This special dog named Lacy is in dire need of a foster home in order to save her life. She was found in TN roaming around with a bullet fragment in her leg. We believe this is a dvm old injury, but she will need to be seen by a vet immediately. She also has fluid in her mammary gland that needs to be looked at. Even while in pain, Lucy has been gentle and loving to shelter staff. Her whole body wiggles when you visit her. She is 3 years old, 65 lbs and vaccinated. Due to injuries, the shelter has not been able to dog test her so we are not sure how she is with other dogs (or cats). Can you offer this girl the gift of life at the holidays?
