About Maverick

Meet 1 yr old border collie dane mix Maverick. He is an oreo cookie of enrgetic and playful with the 'dane lean'. His personality is very submissive so he loves playing with male dogs. He definitely needs to go to a home with another dog to help his confidence. Outdoors he can play and chase and wrestle but indoors he's a gentleman. He will lay innthe couch with you, peacefully lay in bed with you and won't shred or destroy anything. That is because he would have another pup to keep him busy and worn out. He's house broken and good with kids 10 and up. He's still a puppy and may jump up still but we're working in that. He's good on walks side by side with another dog. He would do best in a home with another large breed who's playful.
