About Piper

Meet Piper! This beautiful senior dog was rescued from an NC shelter and has been in a foster home for a few years looking for her forever home. The current foster is not able to care for Piper any longer and we need to find a new home immediately. The Piper is approx 9 years old. She is calm in the home, house trained and very good with people. While the original foster didn't report any barking, she has been known to bark or howl at the current foster home, however there are multiple dogs in the home so it could be the environment and activity she's seeing in the home. Piper is a 'no cats' kind of girl, so we assume no small dogs for her. We believe being the only dog may be best for Piper as she is an older dog and likes to peacefully co-exist Piper is a wonderful house/TV companion and would make a good walking partner.
