URGENT - PLEASE HELP ME My name is Rodney I'm a 2.5-year-old Lab mix, and not long ago, my life was saved at the very last minute. I was moments away from being euthanized at an overcrowded southern shelter when a rescue stepped in and gave me a chance to live. They placed me in a loving foster home and for the first time, I felt safe. I had a dad. I had a mom. I had furry brothers and sisters (dogs and cats!). I played, I cuddled, I finally believed that maybe, just maybe everything was going to be okay. And then, the unthinkable happened. My foster dad passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. In an instant, our whole world shattered. My foster mom is completely heartbroken. She's grieving a devastating loss and trying to survive each day the best she can - but she doesn't have the support she needs. Because of this tragedy, me and my fursiblings are now spending most of our time crated and isolated. We hear her crying. We're confused. We miss our dad so much. She loves us, but she can't do this alone and she's begging for help so we don't suffer even more loss. I know no one could ever replace my dad but I'm praying there's someone out there who can give me another chance. A chance to run in a yard again, to go for pup cups, to visit Home Depot, to feel joy and love - because I know my dad would want that for me .
