About Jasper

Adoption specials through Dec. 15 * 5 year old Terrier * weighs 80 pounds * heartworm negative * not yet neutered but he will be * owner surrender due to moving and can't afford proper care * kid friendly * no cats as he will chase them * no chickens * house trained * crate trained * knows commands - sit, paw, and kiss * friendly, greets at his door with tail wags * calm and quiet in and outside of his kennel * good on leash - he explored the yard a little but preferred to be near me getting pets * wants to please and listens well * very gentle treat taker Jasper is a handsome and sweet boy who is a little sad and confused to be here as he is missing home. He was happy to see a visitor and we quickly became friends. He showed off his loving and sweet personality quickly! His previous owner noted he is an indoor dog who likes car rides, going on walks, chew toys, and playing fetch. They say he has some allergies. He has also had ear infections in the past which caused his ear to be slightly disfigured. Jasper is looking forward to a family and home. He needs an understanding adopter who will ensure he goes to the vet when and if he needs too for general/routine care.
