Meet Bulger - a whole lot of love wrapped up in a big, waggy body. Bulger is a 3�%BD-year-old neutered male with a heart as big as he is. He's friendly, affectionate, and social, and gets along great with kids, cats, and other dogs. Strangers? Totally fine. Expect happy tail wags and a curious sniff hello. He's an indoor dog who also enjoys spending time outside, especially playing in the yard with other dogs. He's a total pro at using a doggie door and is currently learning how to use stairs like a champ. Bulger may bark when other dogs are barking, but he is not a persistent or nuisance barker. He may also jump up when meeting new people - but his foster is actively working on that and he's making progress. What he will definitely do is melt your heart with his sweet head tilts, constant affection, and desire to be close to his people. If you're looking for a bigger boy with a gentle soul, a playful side, and endless love to give, Bulger might just be your perfect match.
