About Walker

Walker is a 14 month old mix of Catahoula and a Tennessee Walker/Black Mouth Curr. He has had formal behavior training at 3 and 6 months with Fldog, he is exceptionally house trained and knows basic commands of heel, come, leave it, lie down, sit, and shake. He has been raised with young children and is gentle with them taking treats. Walker loves to run a lot. He loves to chew, and he loves to chase squirrels with glee. He needs a large yard to get his zoomies out, and he will race a 4-wheeler at 20 mph. He leaps like a gazelle. I cannot keep up with his needs because of very unexpected medical issues. He is high energy and needs room to run and play. He is a great dog, and he is super quick to learn and extremely loving. He is super high energy and young, so he needs exercise and cuddles. He would come with his electric training collar, and it is extremely helpful when introducing a new behavior expectation. He is quick to catch on and loves positive reinforcement of any kind of treat. He does need introductions to new males with positive reinforcement but is quick to warm up.
