About Khaleesi

Khaleesi is an XL Bully with the heart of a lapdog and the spirit of a parrot. Truly...she thinks sitting behind your back or on your neck is where she should be. She is high energy and needs training. She does poorly on the leash, but again..she's highly motivated. She is the definition of a velcro dog. She wants to be with someone all of the time, however does well crated when needed and through the night. If she wants your attention, she will sing you the song of her people in the choir meant for the tone deaf. She will be 2 years old in January. Due to our neighborhood, her barking has gotten a few people's attention as she loves to bark at passerby's on the fence line. Unfortunately, many people are afraid of her, but she really means well. Cats? Not a fan. Other dogs, this will take lots of time and slow introduction. We began introducing the ecollar more recently as our intention was very much to do everything in our power to keep her home. It's not fair to her for us to be gone 80% of the day lately. She needs companionship. Willing to wait for the absolute best home as this is not an emergency placement. **If this placement were to not work, we would like a contract for her to be returned. She is microchipped.
