Transpor help may be available. * 1 year old Pit Bull Terrier * weighs 54 pounds * heartworm negative * brought in as a stray * not neutered but he will be * NO cats, he's not a fan of them * friendly, greets at door with tail wags * quiet and calm in and out of kennel * appears dog friendly - did well with a volunteers 5 month old puppy during a recent dogs day out. * appears kid friendly - met kids on his dogs day out and didn't pay much attention to them. * walks good on leash * enjoyed exploring the yard and checking new things out * appears housebroken - took care of business right away * welcomes all pets and attention * friendly, happy, social, attentive, and eager to please * treat motivated and takes them gently Rocky is a handsome boy with a friendly and fun personality. He welcomes all pets and loves a good back scratch! He is very attentive, friendly, and wants to please. He did great on a recent dogs day out trip outside of the shelter. He encountered people of all ages and another dog and did well. Rocky would love to have a home where he can go on new adventures and enjoy time with a family.
