About Waylon

Meet Waylon! Waylon is estimated to be a year old boxer/lab mix. This sweet boy was found dumped in a rural area as a puppy. Unfortunately, Waylon had never been met with kindness from people. Being shooed from property to property, starved and flea/tick infested. As a puppy, Waylon was very fearful. That being said, he has never shown any signs of aggression, just a distrust in humans. His whole life has been a shelter environment. While we strive to give the best care we can at Southside Strays, it just breaks our heart that this is all he knows. Waylon is potty trained, leash trained, does well in a car, and thrives with other dogs around. He would do best in a home with another dog friend he can learn from.
