He is learning to not chew on people and how to go outside in the cold Wisconsin weather. He loves his foster kids and all the other dogs in the house. Puppies will be puppies-they scratch, nip, jump, have accidents, and chew on things they shouldn't. They require time, patience, and consistent training.
