About Seraphina

Seraphina is a 7-year-old, 10-pound cream Pomeranian with a soft, timid heart and a sweetness that shows the moment she feels safe. She came to us as a breeder surrender and is still learning what life as a loved companion looks like. She adores being held and keeps her foster in sight at all times, quietly following and watching with gentle curiosity. She is not leash trained and does not like the feeling of a harness, so for now she may do best as a stroller companion while she learns to trust the world at her own pace. She will need a patient adopter who understands that confidence takes time and that small steps are still progress. With kindness and routine, she will blossom beautifully. Seraphina is quiet, easygoing, and very sweet. She rides well in the car and enjoys being close to her person. She is a little overweight and will benefit from slow walks in a stroller, healthy meals, and encouragement as she adjusts to her new life. Her knees both have a mild Grade 1 luxating patella, which requires monitoring but does not cause her issues. Seraphina is fully vetted, including a full exam, spay, dental, vaccinations, deworming, and fecal testing. She is current on monthly heartworm and flea prevention.
