About Erik

I have to rehome my boy Erik. I can't care for him with my current situation and he cannot stay in his current living situation. I need to get him rehomed as soon as I possibly can. He's a 3yo yellow lab/golden retriever mix. He's up to date on his shots and is healthy and happy. He is a sweet and energetic dog that likes to make sure you know that he's there and give you hugs. He's great with kids, and loves to fetch, tug-of-war, and wrestle He might not socialize well with other large labs, but has been good with other breeds. I think he would be best in a home where he is the only dog. I'm not sure Erik even knows what a cat is, or how he would react to one. He's spent most of his life as the only dog in the house, but has been socialized with other dogs in visits. His vet records are through VCA animal hospitals and are easily transferable.
