Poor Bluto was dumped at Chicago Animal Control by his owners, he is 7 years old and doesn't belong at this high kill shelter. He is a sweet, lovable dog and belongs snoozing on a soft couch, not locked up in a small, cold kennel. He is a happy dog who loves people and did well meeting other dogs.
