Urgent!!!! Max is struggling and has been placed on Urgent Alert because he needs more out-of-kennel enrichment and socialization with people and other pets. Long-term sheltering is not an option for him without significant improvement in his emotional and physical well-being. Please consider taking Max ASAP.
