URGENT!!!! Rocky is struggling and has been placed on Urgent Alert because he needs more out-of-kennel enrichment and socialization with people and other pets. Rocky is available for adoption and foster through LAAS, but he is decompensating emotionally and physically. Long-term sheltering is not an option for him without significant improvement in his emotional and physical well-being. Please consider taking Rocky ASAP.
