Foster location: Green Bay Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio: Phineas is an enthusiastic guy who will melt you with his eyes, and make god use of every toy. He has been friendly with all dogs in the foster home, and gentle enough to play with those smaller than him. He is learning to take cues when another dog isn't interested in making best friends, and hasn't had an unkind grumble leave his mouth. Phineas has been wearing a belly band indoors as he gets the hang of keeping the tinkles outside. He enjoys the outdoors, but came from a warmer climate and is learning to do his business and come back into the house rapidly on these cold days. Food and treats are always a motivator, and we are working on perfecting his manners when he is curious about what you are eating. He has been sleeping in a kennel at night, but it does take him time to relax and tuck in for the night. He will bark good morning when he hears you up and about, and the same goes for getting home from work. Due to his vocal range (not an excessive barker, but a powerful one) apartment living would not be the most suitable for Phin.
